Why was my card declined?

The usual reasons, and how to fix each one.

The most common reasons:

• The card is frozen. Check in Cards.
• Not enough money, or the Malshin Card is at its credit limit.
• A setting is off: online payments, contactless or use abroad.
• Wrong PIN three times: the PIN locks; unlock it at any Malshin ATM or call us.
• We stopped a payment that looked unusual. We send you a message; reply to confirm it was you.
