You can open a Malshin current account in the app or online in about ten minutes, or in any branch.

What you need
- To be 18 or over and live in the Netherlands, Germany or Portugal
- A valid passport or national ID card
- Your tax number
- A phone number for one-time codes

How it works
1. Choose a plan: Basic, Plus or Premium.
2. Take a photo of your ID and a short video selfie.
3. We check your details, usually within minutes.
4. Your IBAN works straight away, and your debit card arrives in about 5 working days.

Opening an account is free, and Basic has no monthly fee.
